Community Action Nepal (CAN) recently celebrated 25 years since the formation of the charity. To honour the occasion and to commemorate the successful reconstruction since the earthquake CAN held a celebratory weekend at Shap Wells Hotel in Cumbria. The weekend saw friends, old and new come together, along with 15 distinguished guests from Nepal. The weekend was a great success and allowed CAN the chance to lay out its plans for the next 5 years.
CAN would like to thank all those that attended and contributed so much to a great weekend. We would also like to say a huge thank you to our Nepalese staff and friends who conducted themselves with upmost professionalism and brought so many smiles and memories to us all!
