Palomi Kotecha Base Camp Trek

PALOMI KOTECHA made the decision to trek up to Everest Base Camp (EBC) relatively recently. Palomi has said that

‘A few years ago I worked with a guy who was training to do six marathons in six days in the Sahara desert. When I questioned his sanity he said 'when was the last time you did anything to push yourself?' The answer was never.’
