Paul Hodges has written to let CAN know that their annual charity event will be taking place on Saturday, 23rd June 2018 and he would love to hear from everyone - the 'regulars' as well as being able to welcome new faces - ALL ARE WELCOME!

The current list of events planned for the day are listed below but Paul expects more will be added over the coming weeks so watch this space and keep a watching brief on social media. 

Ian Draisey's Cycle Sportif: The group have a target of raising £2,000.00 and will call into the cafe so please give them a great cheer if you see them!

Paul's - Siabod Triple Challenge - Join Paul for one or more parts of his triple challenge:

 Moel Siabod (872 m)

Part One: The Siabod Challenge : six mountains, 23 miles, 8,800 ft ascent - TIME 7/8 hours

Part Two: The Siabod Half Round: four mountains, 15 miles, 5,400 ft ascent - TIME 4/5 hours

Part Three: Moel Siabod: 5.6 miles, 2,330 ft ascent - TIME 1.5 / 2 hours

Paul will be setting off at 5:00 am on Part 1; Part 2 will start at approximately 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm and Part 3 will start at around 5:00 or 6:00 pm. These timings are a little unpredictable but Paul will update the cafe on a regular basis as he works his way round.
