Our second POWERTALK of the day is with the legend Mick Fowler. Nigel Buckley of the Alpine Club will then give an open talk on some of the AC's treasures! There's a second chance to see Doug Scott - this time interviewed by Jon Barton. Expect good mountaineering films to be scheduled in.

About the Event

You will spend four hours at the Festival, splitting your time between the Festival Areas and the Main Theatre. You'll be able to experience all our attractions including Adventure Talks, Stunning Films, Everest Virtual Reality, Wildlife Cinema, Exhibitor Stands, Routes Coffee Shop (with live music), Food and our Map Room Bar complete with special Festival Beers.

15.00 - Doors Open to all areas of the Festival - Entry Kensington Gore

15.30 - Mick Fowler POWERTALK ugrade only

16.00 - Nigel Buckley

17.00 - First Film in Main Theatre

17.30 - Doug Scott in conversation with Jon Barton

19.00 - Films end - Exit via Exhibition Road

Younger children are welcome to the festival but we advise 14+. This is because some films may include bad language or people in pain. Also, all attendees must attend their session screenings and so sit in the theatre for two hours. This is so the next group can enter the other festival rooms. Thank you for your cooperation.

Alcohol is not included with this ticket. If you are over 18 but look under 25 you will be asked to provide acceptable ID (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport) if you wish to buy alcohol at the event.
