Doug’s lectures are famous for his personal and thought provoking commentary, illustrated with his stunning photography of the world’s most  spectacular mountain landscapes.

During 2016 Doug will be visiting various locations and full details of this lecture tour celebrating his historic climb on Everest in 1975: Everest The Hard Way are below. Next year the focus will shift to The Ogre and Doug’s tale of survival exactly 40 years ago when he literally crawled down the mountain with two broken ankles.
